Qualification & Skills:

• Master’s degree in Public Health, Social Sciences or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, preferably in maternal and child health.
• Experience using data analysis packages such as SAS or SPSS and database management systems, preferably Access.
• Extensive experience in monitoring program implementation using qualitative and quantitative approaches.
• Experience in developing and coordinating data collection, processing and analysis systems.
• Demonstrate politically and culturally sensitive qualities of patience, tact and diplomacy.

Roles & Responsibilities

•  Program management and implementation in accordance with the mission and vision of the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities
